Art Commissions are currently open on a very limited basis

ToS - Digital Art Commissions

GENERAL- Clients are NOT exempt from following the ToS if they chose to not read it.- I may change my ToS occasionally and I am not obligated to 'officially' announce these changes anywhere, however I will make my best effort to inform active clients of any changes to my ToS that may be relevant to their ongoing commission.PAYMENT- I prefer to use Paypal Goods & Services to invoice my clients.- I take 100% or 50% pay up-front before work has begun. If 50% pay up-front is the client's chosen option, the other 50% pay must be received by me before the final half of the work (post-sketch) is begun.COMMUNICATION- I will attempt to reach out to the client once significant progress has been made.- I encourage clients to reach out to me if it has been multiple weeks without an update on the work, as I do have disorders that affect my memory as well as physical ability to work. I do not encourage clients to message me with excessive frequency regarding updates, as this may put unpleasant pressure on me and disincentivize me to work for a client. I work at my own pace.- I expect clients to tell me what they want clearly and to communicate any displeasure or request for adjustments as early into the process as possible. I cannot read a client's mind.ART ETA-Typical turnaround can be anywhere from a few hours to multiple months. As I deal with various disabling factors, my ability to work fluctuates greatly from day to day.- I do not do deadlines, ever, period. Clients are discouraged from commissioning me if they absolutely need the artwork to be finished soon.ADJUSTMENTS- If you must request a redraw, either of the entire drawing, or a portion of the pose or facial expression or other important aspects, please do so during the 'sketch' phase, or immediately after a sketch is shown to you.- After a sketch has been approved, lineart begins. After lineart has begun any redraw requests will incur a $10 fee if I am to accomodate said client request.- The earlier in the process a client communicates the desire for an adjusment, the better my chances are of being able to accomodate the request. Every adjustment situation is case-by-case, so if you're unsure, just ask. I am not obligated to be held in an endless loop of making minor changes to art. At some point, I will have to limit the changes that will be made. I cannot work on one commission forever, even if I am happy to try and accomodate a client's requests.REFUNDS- If I determine I am able to provide a refund, I will refund the amount in USD to your original payment method in proportion to work not completed. I cannot refund work that has been completed. For example, if a client commissions a full-body flat-colored artwork, pays 100% up-front and I have already finished the sketch, I would consider this commission to be 1/2 finished and would only be able to refund 50% of the cost. I cannot eat the cost of your displeasure or desire to cancel, and I do not give my labor for free.USE- My work is intended to be used for non-profit, non-commercial purposes.

ToS - Fursuit & Parts Sales

GENERAL- Clients are NOT exempt from following the ToS if they chose to not read it.- I may change my ToS occasionally and I am not obligated to 'officially' announce these changes anywhere, however I will make my best effort to inform active clients of any changes to my ToS that may be relevant to their ongoing commission.- I currently take custom fursuit & fursuit parts commissions. This Terms of Service also applies to any agreements of clients to purchase a commission of a custom suit, or pre-made parts or scraps which I list for sale.- I am currently only open for pieces up to 'partial' (heads or foam head bases, paws/sleeves, tails, feet). My favorite thing to work on are reptilians and avian species.PAYMENT- I prefer to use Paypal Goods & Services to invoice my clients.- I am not obligated to provide any client with an item unless they have fulfilled the owed payment for the item in its entirety.COMMUNICATION- I will make myself as available as possible for communication with clients, and I typically can respond within a 48 hour time period- however please note that this is not a guarantee as I do have life to tend to! Feel free to poke me if you don't hear from me in a reasonable amount of time.- I expect some level of communication from clients as well. If a sale is agreed to, I will expect fulfillment of the invoice within the discussed timeframe, else I will assume disinterest and open my (pre-made inventory) products up to other interested parties. Keep in mind that I cannot read minds, and I need to be made aware of any concerns, requests, complaints, etc as soon as possible.- In the case of custom commissioned works, I also expect a client to be reachable in case I have any clarifications needed to be made, etc. if I cannot get a hold of the commissioner/client within a reasonable time frame & after multiple attempts to reestablish contact, I will put the work on hold and continue once I am contacted.FURSUIT/PARTS ETA & SHIPPING- I am not responsible for the package once it is dropped off at the shipping service.- I can and will try to the best of my ability to package my items securely with conscience given to retaining the item's quality as seen in listing photos.- I reuse packing material often for the sake of efficiency and reducing environmental impact, but I do not reuse material that I feel cannot safely aid in the transport of the item. I will never use dilapidated or insecure packaging to send your item.- If a client prefers to upgrade shipping they must mention this before the invoice is paid, allowing time for the price to be adjusted to accommodate for more costly shipping options.- Packages can be expected to be dropped off at courier service within 2-3 'business days' from purchase at the latest (for pre-made inventory parts only).- I add insurance based on the estimated value of the item to every fursuit-related package I send!ADJUSTMENT & REPAIR- At this time, I am currently offering free repair on suit parts if the client pays shipping to & from myself, and up to 3 years from the creation/sell date of a new suit/part (does not apply to my suits if acquired secondhand). Please contact me if you have concerns or damages to your costume. This only applies to regular wear and tear, and if catastrophic damage occurs to the suit or parts, I cannot guarantee a full functional restoration.- I may be able to offer advice or recommend other makers who may be able to offer more robust repair or adjustment services if you'd like.REFUNDS & RETURNS- At this time I am unable to offer refunds or returns. Items are sold as-is.USE- My work is to be used for non-profit, non-commercial purposes only.
